  • How do I create an account?

    Simply click on ‘CREATE ACCOUNT’ on the top left or the little person icon on the top right to create an account. Once you are in the ‘Login or Create Account’ page, click on the Create Account button then it will redirect you to a form. Please fill in all the boxes and click ‘Create’. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

  • How do I view My Account information and order information?

    Click on the little person icon that is on the top right of the webpage

  • How do I login/logout?

    Click on the little person icon that is on the top right of the webpage to login. To log out go into the My Account page, you will see a log out button there.

  • I forgot my password, what can I do?

    Click on little person icon on the top right of the webpage then click on "sign in". Click on "Forgot your password"

  • How do I change my password?

    Click on little person icon on the top right of the webpage then click on "sign in". Click on "Forgot your password" and change to your new password.

  • How can I contact KidsnToys?

    You can click ‘Contact Us’ on our website or email us at info@kidsntoys.co.nz.

  • Does KidsnToys offer lay buy?

    No, we do not offer a lay buy service.

    However we do offer third party buy now, pay later services. We have teamed up with Afterpay, Laybuy and Zip. You can find more information by visiting their official website.

  • What’s your returns and refund policy?

    You can view our returns policy by clicking on ‘Returns + Refund’ at the bottom of the webpage.

  • How long will delivery take?

    We try our best to pack your order and dispatch it within 1 work day, for shipping time frames it may take 1-3 working days within New Zealand and depending on the destination, it takes approximately 10 – 14 working days for international orders. (Not including any delays that is caused by your country’s customs)

  • Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

    Yes, once your order is dispatched we will send you an email with tracking information.

  • I did not receive my parcel, what do I do?

    We am to get your item/s shipped to you within 1-3 working days after it's dispatched, however there are times where your delivery can be delayed. Please contact us at info@kidsntoys.co.nz within 5 business days after your parcel is dispatched, and we will escalate the matter and fix the issue as soon as we can.

  • Will I receive scam emails?

    Please note that KidsnToys will never ask for your password or credit card information. If you receive emails asking for such information please let us know and contact the New Zealand police.
