Returns, exchanges and refunds
We’re in this business to make you happy! So if you’re not completely satisfied with your KidsnToys purchase, return it within seven days and we will exchange it or refund your money. However, you may have to pay shipping costs.
Ordering online takes a bit of guess work, so if you chose the wrong size or colour, email email@example.com with a proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund your item. Unless there’s a fault or the product has been damaged in transit, items must be in their original condition. This includes tags and packaging.
Faults or damage
We work hard to make sure every item you order reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive something from us with faults, or that was damaged on route, please keep everything including the packaging and your proof of purchase. Then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange your replacement (free-freight) or a full refund, including the original shipping costs.
Items that can’t be returned
You can’t return gift vouchers or redeem them for cash, return items that were on sale, or exchange items that are used, worn, missing tags, or not in their original condition.
