Returns, exchanges and refunds

We’re in this business to make you happy! So if you’re not completely satisfied with your KidsnToys purchase, return it within seven days and we will exchange it or refund your money. However, you may have to pay shipping costs.

To qualify for an exchange or refund, item(s) must be returned to us at the buyer's expense unless the item(s) is faulty where by we will provide a pre paid return shipping label.  We will process the exchange or refund once we have received the item.

 

Exchanges

Ordering online takes a bit of guess work, so if you chose the wrong size or colour, email info@kidsntoys.co.nz with a proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund your item. Unless there’s a fault or the product has been damaged in transit, items must be in their original condition, unworn and unused. This includes tags and packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.

 

Faults or damage

We work hard to make sure every item you order reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive something from us with faults, or that was damaged on route, please keep everything including the packaging and your proof of purchase. Then email us at info@kidsntoys.co.nz within 7 days of purchase so we can arrange your replacement (free-freight) or a full refund, including the original shipping costs.

All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items that appear to have been damaged or used by customer will not be accepted as faulty.

We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase.

All of the Little Renegade Company products come with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Some parts of the products are not covered under warranty due to the nature of materials used and for whom the intended user may be e.g. leather peaks on the snapback caps as these can be rubbed against the ground and walls and cause damage, rubber zipper pulls as these may be pulled off and do not affect the use of a bag, bag tags as these can be pulled roughly and cause the chain or rubber to break. 

 

Items that can’t be returned

You can’t return gift vouchers or redeem them for cash, return items that were on sale, or exchange items that are used, worn, missing tags, or not in their original condition.

 

Supply Issues

We do our very best to make sure we have all our inventory correct, if for some reason our numbers are out and we cannot fulfill an order, we will issue a refund.
