All items will be dispatched within 1-2 business day following receipt of your order however during peak times it can take a bit longer. We do not send orders out on weekends or public holidays.
You will receive an email to let you know your order has been sent. Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address, or we can’t be responsible for an order that has not been received.
Courier Timeframe
New Zealand (Non Rural) – Delivery normally takes 1-3 business days after dispatch.
New Zealand (Rural) – Delivery normally takes between 2-4 business days after dispatch.

We offer free delivery for orders over $100 (after any discounts are deducted). Shipping costs will cost the following except for larger items.

Couriers do not deliver to PO boxes, so you will need to provide a physical address.
The handling fee is included in the fee.
